They sent home to a Behavioral Unit for like 20 days. Heritage agreed to take him back long enough to get their money and they sent him packing, allowing social security to be sent back and Medicare lapse to where nothing was covered. Now they're claiming he owes them $300 instead of accepting his social security check and forwarding to the new care unit like they should have. I do not recommend this place to put your loved one.

There are three physical therapists and pet therapy to engage residents. Our church community is welcomed each month to minister in song and in sermonettes. We thoroughly enjoy speaking with, praying with, and loving the patients at Heritage Home.
The rooms are small and administration is squeezing in two residents into a room. This may be ok if these were short term stays but for most this is now home. Additionally, the activity room is very sparse and there are not many comforts there or in the outside section. With just a very few dollars and planning, this nursing home could rise to the top. They should either build more accomdations for residents that need locked doors, or reduce the population of their intakes in that unit.
